A year ago today, I was a marcom executive in a country club, starting out at the very bottom rung of the corporate ladder after a failed career as a movie-maker and television series creator. I must also mention that I was fired from the job previous to the marcom one for not having enough 'passion' for copywriting. And then I took 3 months off to rerank my fucking priorities in life, during which time I did exactly jack-all.

But I did ride my bicycle a lot.
