The show is not titled 'The Pie Hole' by the way.

Which would have been infinitely amusing.

It's called 'Pushing Daisies' and is rather similar to a band I liked named 'Tripping Daisy'. God I just love symmetry, which is what made me believe in God. Lost that though.

Anyway, just saw 'Lost' and am lost again.

'Lost' is about love, loss, lust, loss, and life.

You haven't lived if you've not watched an episode of 'Lost' that put you right where you ought to be, and relived the pain of loss.

Honestly, I love this show to bits.

I am going to download the latest season.

Heck, make that all the seasons. This is one show I can repeatedly watch 'Drunk'. If I were feeling academic I would say it's a show about the reality of redemption, and the reincarnation of hope and happiness.

I got a theme going here. Alliteration is another name for Alison.

The first seasons of any show are always so good...

You 'Lost' me at 'Hello'.

I badly need to sleep and dream tonight .....

Sometimes I feel like Life is a book, and Television is the instruction manual ...

The book contains the content, and the Television tells you how to write it ....

Like a supermarket with bread, margarine, cheese, ham and garlic spread....

The supermarket doesn't tell you how much garlic to spread on .....

Can't get a decent sandwich toaster at the supermart either.

I love over-extended metaphors, too.

An incredibly self-indulgent post. Drunk as usual.

end of 1 day experiment to sleep without alcohol.

Shall try again tmr.

Gosh that song makes me smile so much. I don't generally click on videos online anywhere but if you dig this blog so much I think you'll like the song too.

Damn it. It's on repeat. "I got a girl, who lives with me / I got a girl she smells so sweetly, I got a girl she loves her dog, I got a girl I love her dog too"

And then he smiles while he's singing like he's nuts.

That's the only album, (apart from Gin Blossoms and the Blues Travellers) that I wanted to get that year. 1995.

Still lovin' it.
