My magazine went to press this morning at 1400 hrs, 26 Oct.

I came back to the office, booked my writer for 2 weeks in November, went to a diabetes media interview and then got this thing you see up above.

It's a gift.

It is so awesome.

Just like me.


Except that I'm not awesome anymore...

I'm 31 come 28 Oct.

Awesomeness has a shelf life too.
