Developed RAW image

Developed RAW image, originally uploaded by filmlab.

So tonight, I finally played around with processing RAW files from Corvette.

The whole rationale about shooting RAW is that you can process the photo you took any way you like - much like an actual film lab would process a negative.

I'm loving the amount of control this gives. Although I must note that my PIII 650 TFL KITT with only 256mb ram can't keep up with the large file sizes. It takes at least 3 minutes to develop my RAW file into a JPG, whereas it happens nearly instantly on my camera.

I foresee a computer upgrade.
